→ What can I expect during a home lifestyle consultation?

Our consultation is a brief 30 minute session done in the convenience of your home in which we can share ideas on the services that would best fit and enhance your lifestyle. You’ll get fresh ideas and learn about how Simplify works in the process. Together we will develop a custom program for you and your household that will incorporate your desired services, personal preferences, and schedule. This consultation is complimentary and well worth your time. Contact us or submit an online request to get started.

→ How do you evaluate the professionals who provide services?

We understand the importance of identifying services professionals that are reliable, accountable, and good at what they do. We have made it our business to work exclusively with service professionals who understand and can meet our demands for quality, communication, dependability and integrity. We carefully verify licenses, insurance, and professional references. We take your safety and peace of mind seriously, and for this reason we complete background checks on all personnel that enter your home. Our professionals have, on average, over 7 years experience in their field.

→ What type of services do you provide?

Our services are customized to fit your specific lifestyle needs. Simplify is not a placement agency. We provide direct management of all services to truly take the work out of the many services you and your home may need. For an overview of our services, click here.

Simplify is located in Silicon Valley. We provide service to clients on the Bay Area Peninsula and South Bay, including Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, and San Jose. If you are interested in our services, but don’t see your city listed here, let us know.

→ What advantage do you offer over a household staff placement agency?

Unlike a placement agency, Simplify creates a long term relationship with every client and service professional. We manage our client’s services on an ongoing basis to insure that our clients needs are being met continually and their expectations exceeded at every opportunity. Our clients never pay a placement fee.

→ What advantage do you offer over a concierge service?

Simplify is unique in it’s ability to offer a diverse number of household service solutions to busy individuals and families. We go beyond running your errands and take a holistic approach to your household needs. With services ranging from interior design, professional organization, to personal chefs and meal preparation, Simplify meets all of your household needs in one convenient location. Simplify is a true lifestyle management service that makes your life easier, fuller, and more enjoyable.

→ How do you bill for services?

No more having to make a payment to each and every service provider you hire — with Simplify we handle all the payments and provide clients with a single, consolidated invoice on a monthly basis. For our client’s convenience we also offer automatic credit card billing.

→ What if the service I need is not on your list?

We often customize services for clients.  If there is a service you need that is not listed here, please contact us and let us know. We would love the opportunity to find a solution that will fit your unique situation.

→ How much time do you need to implement a new service?

Simplify understands the value of your time. Once we establish which services will best meet your needs, the services will be scheduled in as little as 1 to 7 days. For urgent services we work with clients to schedule within a 24hr period.
